i bought a set last week and i was just trying it yesterday to shoot and process some HDR pics.
I tried to process it in Photomatix Pro and HDR Efex Pro and Photoshop CS5, but it does not work and color is completely reddened.

Your post is very confusing, I can't make any sense of what your real problem might be. Please try to communicate instead of just rambling on next time.
That said lets see if we can get to the bottom of this....some questions:
1) Are you able to get the pictures off of the camera and onto the computer?
2) Are you shooting jpeg or RAW?
3) What part of your normal 7D workflow is the part where the problem is happening.
4) Are you using the built-in HDR mode of the 5D3 or just doing bracketed exposures like you must have done on the 7D?

The 5DIII RAW files are not being read by many HDR apps - certainly all those that rely on DCRAW cannot be updated until this toolkit gets support for the camera.
