Hi Guys,

Let's just say the camera is awesome. I am upgrading from the 5D Mark II (a camera which I really enjoyed using too). These are my first photos with the Mark III. The camera was a joy to use. I just love the image quality. I'm not a pixel peeper, and I didn't run any extensive test, but to me, a camera is great if it allows me to take pictures without any interruptions, and all day, the camera was a tool that never got in my way.

It's definitely an awesome camera except for this problem I am experiencing =\...

vertical banding at ISO 500 (not a great photo to begin with, but it documents the problem)

100% crop

Your client is gonna be super PO'd when you present that 100% crop in their album. Major problem Canon.

It took me a second to notice that banding. I thought it was a "feature" of the gentleman's suit.
