Glad you like the third shot, Dorian. I must admit, though, that the concept of a "thrilled" lizard makes me giggle (giggle, giggle).
Once they settle down to warming in the sun, these guys don't move except to occasionally re-position themselves to maximize the sun's heat. To get that image I moved into the position I wanted. Staying 10 or so feet from it, I zoomed to frame the shot, and then took the pic. The iguana couldn't have cared less about me .
That's one of the great things about the Galapagos Islands- almost all the animals can't relate to people at all, so they are completely unafraid of us.
