Oleg, I am suspect to tell you about this lens since I love it.
This price you found is a steal, but be aware as others have pointed out.
The lens construction is first class like almost all MF Nikkor ais & ai-s.
The focus ring is large and easily moved with a finger, butter smooth. In the viewfinder of D3/D700 focus is easier, but I have had succes with the D300/D7000 too.
The CA, as in most of the older telephotos in the digital age, sometimes is visible in harsh light conditions, but can be fixed in NX2 or PS. By the way, I think this 800mm f/5.6 EDIF ai-s has slighlty less CA wide open and it is slighlty sharper wide open than the 600mm f/5.6 EDIF ai-s, which I have too.
You have to use a good tripod, and for better results and easy of use I would suggest a gimbal head.
For this price, if confirmed and in good condition, you have nothing to loose. Even if you decide to sell the lens in the future you will profit at least 100%, since this lens is sold usually in the range of US$2000.00-4000.00.
Some samples for you without and with TCs (already posted in the MF Nikkors thread):
This "bird" was around 3 km away:

800mm + TC14E=1120mm by labecoaves, on Flickr
Nikkor 800mm f/5.6 AIS EDIF with TC14EII = 1120mm f/8.
This couple was at 120m:

_DTR1662dpreview by labecoaves, on Flickr
Candid shot of a couple , D300 + 800mm f/5.6 ais + TC14A = 1120mmf/8
ISO640, no crop, couple at ~ 120m. I know, I know, TC14B is the correct TC according to Nikon, but this "wrong" TC14A works!
Fireworks at more than 300m:

Fireworks 800mm ais EDIF f5.6 by labecoaves, on Flickr
Nikkor 800mm ais f/5.6 EDIF. Fireworks detail, New Year 2012; 15 s exposure at f/16.
Moon with 2 TCs = 1904mm lens!:

Moon shot with a 1904mm telephoto by labecoaves, on Flickr
Nikkor 800mm f/5.6 ais EDIF + TC17EII + TC14A + D3 = 1904mm f/13.
We need a sturdy tripod + Mirror lock up + 10 s to wait any vibration finnish.
Exposure was 1/50s at f/22. Some levels adjustments; ~30% cropped, resized to internet and a small pass of smart sharpen 50 x 0.2 px.
For my surprise the image appears more than usable.
A bird "portrait" or "macro" at minimum focus distance:

Sayaca Tanager "portrait" with a 800mm. by labecoaves, on Flickr
Nikkor 800mm f/5.6 EDIF, at MFD 8m. With D7000 an effective 1200mm.
Note the thin DOF even at f/11; no crop. ISO 1250, 1/60s, fill flash at 1/8 power.
and the last with the new TC20EIII = 1600mm f/11:

Pale-breasted Thrush - 1600mm lens by labecoaves, on Flickr
D300 + Nikkor 800mm f/5.6 ais + TC20EIII (= 1600mm f/11)+ Tripod. The bird was at ~ 22m. MLU+ cable release, f/16(8), 1/160s, ISO 640. ~ 5% cropped.
The new TC appears to work well in the old lens.

Good buy!
