I'm not sure if we'll see AF lenses for MFT since those would be totally new designs since it doesn't make sense to port FF lenses to MFT given the size and crop.
Hope they have a NEX-7 on hand to test for smeared or fringe corners.

Note that these are likely to be APS-C native designs, not FF designs adapted to APS-C and m43. That means that there's only a small size penalty for m43.

For MFT, I doubt it would really master to most users if Samyang ported existing designs as there are already so many great lenses available, some at really great prices such as the Panasonic 14 and 20 pancakes and Olympus 45 1.8. Samyang would have to introduce something really unique and designed specifically for M43 to get the attention of most users imo.

I don't know, if you compare something like the Panasonic 7-14mm or Oly 9-18mm to something that wide for APS-C, I think there is a fairly significant size difference. Same for something like the new Oly 45mm F1.8.

The 7-14, sure, the 45/1.8 is not smaller than some comparable FF lenses (the Canon 50/1.8 ltm comes to mind). Sony's 50/1.8 OSS is huge for some reason. Remember that the longer the lens, the less size reduction you get from a smaller sensor.
