This lens is in excellent condition. The only reason I rated it a 9 is due to some hairline scratches on the front lens cap. I tried my best to show them in the pictures, but they are very miniscule. The body is in like new condition, and the front and rear glass is pristine.
$455 shipped and PayPal'd (add 3% for regular PayPal).
-Everything is included: box, hood, front/rear caps, lens, papers (everything that came with it new).

The VRI and VRII are identical except for a focus lock at 18mm. If you don't hold the lens upside down, you will never need it. It was implemented to prevent lens creep, which causes the lens to extend on it's own (under it's own weight) if held upside down (i.e., pointed at the ground).
The name is misleading because it implies that the VR has been changed or that the lens has in some way been upgraded.
