SS was 1/250th and iso was 400. The flash was on camera for the photos.

I still can't get over the results you are getting from this setup. Not sure if you have great light to begin with, but these are really good. Talk about KISS.

The light is not great. Only one tournament this year had great light, it was this league match:

Most of the places I am in are dank and dark. The lighting is mediocre at best. I ma right on the mat and that helps. But keeping it simple stupid is working for me.
