Team in white is the 2nd seed, hosted the 3rd seed for the Central Mass Division I semi-final.
White came our roaring, and green was cold; green didn't score their first basket until 3:34 remaining in the first. White lead 21-8 at the half.
But 2nd half was a different story. Green opened with a 7-0 run and a 10-1 fourth period open. With about 1:34 left, green finally took the lead. White had two chances to score w/ less than 12 seconds left, but failed, and lost 35-32.
Gym was funky, nice fluorescents, but weird ceiling and dark under the hoop, along w/ the highly reflective floor, a challenge.
Mr. Lung, I've seen so many great shots posted by great photogs on this site I've gotten a little desensitized, my WOW threshold has gone up significantly. There is something about the first shot in your set that keeps drawing my eyes back to it. I'm in no position to give you any CC or technical feedback (WB, cropping, horizon,etc...) , but if I saw this shot on the cover of SI, it would definitely cause me to pick it up. Thanks for posting, and put me on the list of those jealous of your avatar.

EXIF data is intact so that might help.
wow! Not even an on camera fill flash? (It'd be surprising if it was allowed anyway)
Looking at shots 5 and 7 there seem to be shadows from a light source not located in the rafters
That's correct, I've actually never strobed a game, I think what you're seeing is light reflected from that funky ceiling and the highly reflective floor.
Chris,
Great work as always.
You should have put a NSFAD alert for number 4 with that extra hyper extension of the arm. NSFAD is: Not Suitable For After Dinner
