Next time I will be there in the evening so I can get better conditions for looking out the windows. The superintendent offered to stay late and turn on the lights.

I am sorry I did not comment on your earlier series, I thought they were well taken photographs, albeit all missing a main point of interest with which I could bond or identify, at least for me. In this duo, the 2nd image falls in the same category. But the first one hits the sweet spot in me. Unquestionable and down right pleasing.

It made me stop and think what my main point was.
I am attached to this building and maybe am unable to see the whole picture, so to speak. What appeals to me, and maybe not reflected well enough in the photos, is the complete honesty of this structure, the exposed guts, the transparency, which was my main point. It was evident that the architect wanted to build a beautiful building yet also wanted to educate the public, that form follows function (yikes!), and that a power plant can be beautiful.
