I prefer the location on the d4 since its the same as on my d3s. My left thumb presses the ISO button and my right index/middle finger spins the dial to adjust the ISO.

I much prefer the layout of the dial on the Nikon over the Canon as well.

I'll like the Canon when they put the aperture and shutter controls in the right place like Nikon has done... Shooting a Canon camera drives me insane...
