Overcast conditions this AM, so I decided to take my flash down to the marina and see about capturing some images of horned grebes hunting... What do you think? using the flash is tricky...

Tricky, maybe. But it looks like you've got it down perfect! These are wonderful shots! I especially love the ones with the fish (pipefish is it?). Nicely done! We're you in a kayak or were they taken from the shore?
