p.1 #1 · Lions Head

This is Lions Head on the right looking into Tuckerman's Ravine on Mt Washington. The only edits were a slight adjust of levels and very little sharpening. Comments always welcomed.

Hi Bill, I see you have had a quite a few views but no comments. I think that might be because while this image is nice nothing really stands out or pops from the screen. The focus is good and you have done well to get the white snow without anything blowing out.

If there were a different angle illustrating why it is called "Lions Head" that might be a bit more interesting.

cheers,
Glen.

Thank you Glen for your comment. I should have mentioned that Lion's Head refers to the rock formation at the height of land on the right of the image. This is a very light snow year or it would resemble a lion's head better. One of these days I will hike and shoot some images from Lion's Head into the ravine.
Bill
