Hey guys, I've long enjoyed the images posted here in the Sports section, but I've been hesitant to post. I finally figured well, why not be a little more active. So here's some shots for C&C that I took at a Hare Scramble race. If anyone isn't sure what a HS race is, it's a timed 2 hour event that uses moto track, single track, and woods section. This particular race had a 13 mile loop.
1. Getting the competitors lined up, lots of excitement and energy.
Scott....welcome to FM Sports Corner. Why were you hesitant to post....these are good looking shots. I also checked your website and you have some nice work there. Keep shooting and posting....looking forward to seeing more from you.
Thanks for the welcome, guys. I appreciate it. I guess I've been reserved as I've always felt that when in comes to photography, I'm better off keeping my eyes and ears open and mouth shut. lol
I've been very inspired by the fabulous work posted in this forum.
I was fortunate to have excellent light on the day of the race and was able to catch their eyes. I have several more hare scrambles lined up for this year, I hope the weather cooperates.

Great stuff Next 39. I wish i lived closer to a track
I'm fortunate to have three D23 sanctioned moto tracks within 30 mintues of me, including Spring Creek where one of the Pro Nationals are held every July. MX is huge around here.
Got it, thanks Larry! It took me 4 years to build my 69. Building cars is my other love and I'm heavily involved in that industry. It's opened a few doors for my photography as well. But for the most part, I keep them separated.
