the processing looks overdone to me. I like the comp of #4 the best, but they all cut off stuff on the bottom. And in #3 and 4 the flagpole is cut off on the top.
In #2 and #4 even the building is cut off. And in #1, the tree on the right is blurry (wind?).
The toning of #2 appeals the most to me, but you gotta fix the compositions.
