The high main light from camera right is giving some shadowing across her right eye. The light may have been 'just right' if she were sitting up, but once she bends over, you get the shadow. No shadow on left eye, since light is on that side.
I agree on the focus. More DOF might have saved you.
Good feedback, I am seeing that as well. I know I was using flash for this as well, but can't remember if I was bouncing it or shooting it forward with the diffuser. The light from the right is a lamp in the room.
These toddlers move fast I tell you! Trying to get candids, I usually fire a couple shots to get an idea of settings needed and then just chase and shoot. Who knows why I was wide open for this one, I usually try and keep that lens stopped down to 2.8
