I'd also love to see some photos of the 150-500 since that seems to be neck and neck with the Nikkor 80-400 on the poll. Most of what I've found just searching for the 150-500 online were not very sharp so I wand to see what it's really capable of.

The Nikon 80-400VR works fine at air shows. I've used it with no problems. Use the lenses limit switch and a top-end body and it's great!
