Has anyone owned, used this filter...

I want to know if this item is worth the money.. I cannot afford 200.00 for a filter today..
This one is not all that much.

I was hoping it would make my outdoor photos pop a little this spring. Maybe even now, in the winter with 2 feet of snow on the ground? Would this filter make the snow clearer.. ?

I have one. It's ok. If I had to do it over again I would get the Marumi:
