When I drove up to GTNP a few years ago, the aspen had not turned to peak yet, so I shot the YNP waterfalls I have been showing. I then drove back south to shoot Oxbow Bend and Lewis Falls on the way. I may have to drive up again some day to redo Lewis Falls as the water is a little smooth for my taste. The Oxbow image is actually a crop from a single frame as I had not started stitching when I took it. I may have to reshoot as a stiched pano some day too. Regardless, it held up quite well for a 32" pano. Enjoy and comments welcome.

Nice compositions on both, however, the waterfall, and the re-do, just have way too much blue and do not look very natural.
I really like the pano, but I think it could use a curves adjustment. It's very "high-key" looking right now, and maybe that's what you were going for. Try bringing it down a notch and see what it looks like! A little lower exposure and more contrast could really make this image pop.
You nailed peak timing for the fall color here. I think you've pulled way too much information from the shadows though. If you back off on the shadow recovery, you will have richer, more natural contrast.
