Has anyone needed to re-adjust MF over time?

I dropped my 5D MKII a few weeks ago and sent the lens that was attached (17-40) in for inspection. The body seemed fine so I didn't send it in. However I just noticed my 85 1.8 was backfocussing so I recalibrated it and it went from +4 to 0. So I checked my 200 2.8 and it went from +4 to 0!

Is it possible for a bump to cause this?

I don't know about bumps, but I have heard of MA adjustments changing over a long period of time. With normal use it makes sense that some small physical calibration change could occur.
