Screechy - sure. I normally don't hide my exif and you can use any exif viewer to view the exif. But for some reason, i grabbed the wrong links from my flickr. Only the original size will show the exif.
Anyway here it is:

Aperture f/13.0
Focal Length 65 mm
ISO Speed 200
I forgot what magnifiction....maybe between 2 to 3x. I normally use ISO100 for my full flash shot, but must have forgotten to change it back after shooting with natural light. I use ISO200 for most of my natural light macro.

Wow, OK,
!st I need to get me an exif reader, I thought info wouldn't be hidden, I just didn't know where it would be.
So I'm thinking with the lens you use, thats really one to be used with a tripod? I love macro photography, But I'm still a novice, I use the 60mm macro at the moment, it's good for now.
It's the aperture that catches me out somtimes, but practice will cure that.
