with problem in focusing i meant that with higher resolution it will be more visible. Not only because when printed, it will show as unsharp also areas which were "same sharp" on low resolution camera.
second reason is, that all aberations will start to pop earlier.
With 36MP, it pays to shoot at very deep DOF for tons of details. For example, a lot of commerical shots need to be composed in PS with extra elements even from CGI.
