I bought my camera around 2 years ago and in the package I received 6 Cokin filters. I keep them as I thought that they will be very useful for me but within last two years I used them few times only. I decide to sell them but I do not have a clue what is worth. Can some one help me to appraise them ? All filters are made from plastic and scratches free.
They are the Cokin P size with a P size holder.
The top two look like 2 and 3 stop hard edge graduated neutral density. I believe that Cokin is no longer available, but to give you an idea, the corresponding Hitech P size GND would be about $43 ea new and are of similar quality. Unfortunately, Cokin GND have a reputation as having a strong color cast, and I would not recommend them. The blue and orange filters are not used much any more, thats more of film adaptation. Today its much easier doing the same with photoshop. The holder (I can't see the lens adapter) is relatively inexpensive, on the order of $10 new.
in summary you are going to have a hard time finding someone to covet this gear. Its worth something to the right audience, but its not very popular.
