p.1 #1 · Lenscoat for Canon 400 5.6?

I am looking for protection for my 400 5.6 lens. Lenscoat looks nice but it looks like it covers the focus ring. Is this correct? How can you use manual focus?

I used black tube socks when I had mine (6 copies IIRC over the years)

Never had a scratch on 'em when I sold them.

No worries. That's only because the hood is retracted. When you extend the hood, the focus ring appears.
