Nicely done. Can't help but think that the bounce from the floor has made the my attention (eye) go to the arms and not the face. If this is what you wanted then it works, if you want the face to draw me in, then I might tone the arms down just a little.
I saw the face as the main point of interest, and the arms a bit less prominent. I think the lighting is a bit brighter on the face.
However, there are two points of interest. If you didn't want to show the tats, a long sleeve shirt would be worn, so it's appropriate that both are getting good light.
Good lighting and facial pose; on suggestion regarding the rest of her body. Have her sit close to the very edge of the couch to naturally force her produce a more flattering pose and body dynamic. Just my 2c. Cheers!
