Very nice! I like them both and don't really prefer one over the other. Not even sure if I'm qualified to critique this, but I think the lighting and PP is perfect on both. Great job

I see very good background separation on viewer's left side of the frame. On our right - the B&W shot is blending in a lot (background to dress). In the colour shot it's not as pronounced, but ideally, the other wall is the better background.
A girl that lovely and with that nice coloring needs to be put on display with the second image. Please be so kind on behalf of all of us to let her know how pretty she is and that she needs to be in front of the lens as well as doing her magic behind it for your other models.
