The sky is amazing, but I think a bit overdone and distracting. Scene is already interesting and busy. As an aside, although the watermark isnt bright, it is kinda large.

Nice picture Jeff, Maybe apply a mask and push the sky back a bit on the contrast. It is competing with the foreground a little to much. Also maybe move the wagon over further to the right, rather than in the dead centre.

I like it, busy sky and all, but I am distracted by having the windmill/wagon right in the center. Maybe an off-centered composition would have balanced it all a little better.
