What is the best lens for full length body shots?
My models always seem to look a little short.

The two issues are your lens selection AND the angle from which you're shooting. I was always taught that as you move back to cover more of the model's full height you should lower your camera. With a "normal" lens I tend to shoot full-length models from near my waist level frequently. YMMV
