How can I save my voicemails as .wav, .mp3 or otherwise audio file extension to my computer? I have a Samsung Charge w/ Verizon as my carrier. Thank you!
Kevin
BTW-A google search provided results 3-5 years old and older. Couldn't find anything relevant to today's technology. I'd rather not have to buy a voice recorder...
i'm not clear on the issue here. You're wanting to export your voicemail? Isn't it already saved on your phone? And when you backup your phone to your computer, is it not saved to your computer in the backup?
Not exactly, the voice mail is stored on Verizon's voice mail server...at least that's the way I understand it. It's not saved to my phone or media card so even if I backed it up or transferred all the data it wouldn't be there.
I don't have Android but a quick online search reveals there are apps you can get to record calls. Record your call to voicemail with that app then email yourself the resulting audio file.
