I've had this one up on BW, where some of you all go. So it is a cross-post.
But since we are sharing some Lensbaby images, and I always appreciate more feedback, here's one I recently took
. I have my own self-critique and some other feedback, but good to get more independent ideas.

I like it. Lensbaby adds to the mood of the photo. The subject distance is in the Lensbaby's "sweet spot". I find subjects 3-5 feet away work better.

Thanks - tinkered and think you've nailed the BW.

Thanks, Bob. BW seems more matched to the subject. But I think the color isnt bad. I just wasnt thinking color at all when I took it.
Following up on an extremely useful exercise and easy option, I have been more shooting RAW+jpeg with a monochrome preview. I have been mostly setting up the camera with a red filter, slight contrast and sharpness bump. Great for helping visualize past color elements and a quick preview to see the potential for a BW image.
