#3 is an excellent view of Seattle. A creative composition, overlooking what I assume is a Pier of sorts? This same shot, at night with the lights of the city in the background would be quite stunning as well!

All of these are great. I really like #1. I lived in Seattle for 8 years and this really captures what some of those rainy days feel like.
