Thank you Sir Peter. Yes, I used a Better Beamer extender on an 580EX flash for these. I have a flash bracket, but didn't use it. The flash was on the camera and the lens was a 300 2.8IS.

Love the VT! That's what I love about the snow. It seems to bring out the VTs. Usually they are pretty hidden.
