p.1 #1 · p.1 #1 · Help with macro flash holder

Hey,
for long time I've been searching a good flash holder. I finally found a good product with a reasonable price http://www.photoloving.com/gbu0-prodshow/IS-30.html . But I have doubts if it will hold Canon Speedlite 430EX. Has anyone used this product or has any knowledge of it's quality? Is there any similar good product that would fit with 7d with 50mm and extension tubers?

Thanks for the resonce!

Hi,

The advert states that it will hold a maximum load of 300g

You could also buy a variable friction arm and a plate for it for a good price too.

It's a more versatile and stable solution.

The arms are strong enough to support the 430ex, but the ballheads are not. Works great with the mt-24ex though.

Those arms are no good. They will droop after being used for a while. You'll be better off with a single flash, even a 270EX on a Front Mounted Macro Bracket (FMMB).
