The top side would be interesting if there was a bigger splash with a V shape mirroring the angle of the strawberries below. You'd get better contrast with background on the water drops if you backlight them. The trick to stopping motion is to use speedlights at as low a power setting as possible. For example a 580ex at 1/128th power has a flash duration of about 1/50,000th sec.
