I've been shooting film, God help me.

Yes, it's expensive and time consuming but it has a certain 'je ne sais pas'. Shot this bearded iris and friend at Mercer Arboretum in December last year. Shot on Fuji Velvia 50 slide film and scanned.

Wow, good to see Kenny! Pity you weren't in Aus as I just offloaded about 20 rolls of velvia I've had sitting in the freezer for... a while

Really must force you to slow down when shooting macro! The first has a really great feel to it.

Thanks, yall. Pity, Lindsay, I'd have taken that Velvia right off your hands. Matter of fact, that's how I came by this load...a friend from Houston who'd had it in his freezer for...a while.

Yes, slowed down by a tripod. A must, IMO, for Velvia 50. No way for me to handhold those speeds.
