Don't call this feline a "Domestic Animal" at least not to his face. This cat was stalking birds at a famous birder location in S. Arizona--The Paton's. The original owner died recently but relatives continue to fill the feeders with seeds, nectar, fruit, etc. Paradoxically, Mrs. Patton had numerous cats that roamed freely. This cat was one of them.

Thanks Norm, I even have doubts as how domesticated they really are. If anything It is more like they have domesticated humans
One definition I read stated "A variety of animals have been domesticated for food (e.g., cattle, chickens, pigs), clothing (e.g., sheep, silkworms), transportation and labour (e.g., camels, donkeys, horses), and pleasure (e.g., cats, dogs)."
To put cats and dogs in the same example does an injustice to dogs, at least they can be trained to do things for humans other than give us pleasure.
Ducking and running from the feline fraternity.
