Presenting Buddy and JoAnn, (aka, Jojo.) She's the one with the white stripe and white gloves.
They were born in mid-September 2010, and came to me together. You can see why they'll never be apart. If only all siblings got along like these two.
Most pictures of Siamese cats focus on their very blue eyes, (and theirs ARE beautiful,) but in this image I was taken with the soft colors, and the texture of their fur against the 'cat colored' couch, and knit blanket.
I hope you like the image....but mostly, I hope you think they're beautiful.
We had two of them growing up, a mother and offspring pair...they were awesome, and inseparable. Only cats I have ever really liked...I like your presentation of them. They are great looking cats. I just wish I was not allergic to them, or I might have one now.
Norm, thanks for the look and comment. Yes, they're a blast to watch....almost better than TV.
Travis, the first cat I ever had was a Siamese my late husband bought for me, way back in 1968. There's just nothing like them. Thanks so much for the look and comment. I wish you weren't allergic, too.
Thank you Thomas! I had to replace my old couch and when I saw this one I thought, 'Perfect....It's Siamese Cat colored. I'll take it!" Now, if only all my clothes were the same color.
Yes, they are beautiful! And so is the monochromatic image! I see my Siamese in your Buddy. She was very feisty and would make Lab-sized dogs run away in fear, yet she would groom and snuggle with another one of my adopted cats. Thanks for posting as your images are always so enjoyable to view. ~Jamie
Hi Jamie, thanks so much! I'm so glad you saw your kitty in mine. Buddy was much larger than Jo when they were 'babies.' His feet really were huge.....I called them Lab feet b/c they looked more like puppy's than kitten's. It's his personality that makes him so lovable, though. He never stops 'talking' and everything he 'says' sounds like a question. Jojo is very timid around people but she's the bravest about other things. She growls when the doorbell rings, and will run toward the door while her brother hides. They're a trip!
