Scan all my 35mm/MF/LF negs, around two thousand, and tweak and organize the files. Bought a V700 which can generate good enough 35mm scans for a nice 8x12 (did not believe it would until I tried!).
Print more and larger. Purchased a 13x19/A3+ printer, so the wife can finally hang up some of her favorite shots of mine.
Shoot more with the ZE Planar, which judging by my Lightroom library is my favorite lens.
Sell gear not used. Already started the pruning this fall.

Not to buy any cameras or lenses in 2012!
That's what I'm promising myself every year. And I'm breaking it every year.
2006: bought KM 7D and a buncha lenses
2007: sold everything I had, bought Canon 30D + 17-55
2008: sold 17-55, bought and sold Tokina 12-24, bought 70-200/2.8 IS and 17-35 L
2009: sold 30D, bought 1D II N
2010: sold 17-35 L, bought Sigma 14 and 24-85
2011: bought 16-35 II
2012: bought nothing... so far.
But my actual new year resolution is simple: get off my arse and shoot. Should be simpler than last year since I'm supposed to graduate from the University at last. It's a major irritant and waste of time. I'm already gearing up (no pun intended) for the APEC 2012 Summit.
Go out and shoot whenever I see good light outside... even if I would really rather have dinner or breakfast. Start taking my camera out for night walks again.
I don't really do them but my main goal is to think about the bleeding picture before I jam away on the fire button... :-/
...and a related one to lay off the gear for a few years... I have a string of @5 years where I didn't buy lenses/camera stuff and just used what I had (although bought a bit of light stuff) but this year I done gone mad and changed bodies and added a couple of "L"enses..... Time for me to stop looking in threads about the 35L or 85L otherwise they will be on the list next :-(
Revamp my gear collection, put it to good use traveling, upgrade my computer to handle video better, and start having fun shooting timelapse. Meet some people who are good at editing video, selecting music, and so on.
My gear resolution is to downsize! I love all my "kids", but some of them don't get enough use to justify their cost. I'm selling my 14Lii, and 300f4is.
My shooting resolution is to get more action shots of my kids at their sporting events. I usually take about 400+ shots at a basketball game but I seem to lower the camera and watch whenever my sons have the ball.
My post processing resolution is to swap out all the framed images in our house with newer shots as all current prints are at least 4-5 years old.
