I am looking for a budget friendly way to carry around 1 monolight and vagabond mini. I currently use the Photoflex Transpac when I need to lug around my lighting gear, but I would definitely like something more compact for shoots that dont require a significant amount of equipment.

The best bet might be to buy a regular backpack (if you like that style) or rolling case (if that's your preference) at a non-photocentric store, and customize it by cutting foam sheets to exactly fit the dimensions of the pack/case on the outside and the equipment on the inside.
