Okay, seriously, the Nikon D7000, 10-24 (maybe a 35 f1.8) 50 and 70-300. Good kit that will get those jobs done.

BTW the 80-200 f2.8 is $1100 new.The D7000 is a fine camera and its low light is pretty close to full frame.
