They show up with some regularity over at Luminous Landscape. They also show up on fleaBay in some quantity (often sold by camera stores), and at least Hasselblad's US arm sells pre-owned equipment with a brief warranty at competitive prices.
You can also check out the sites of any Hasselblad and Phase One dealers you're aware of; many of them sell trade-ins or consignment and list their inventory online.
Best place without question is www.getdpi.com . It's a free forum and the medium format forum is great. Plus the buy/sell forum lists medium format, both film and digital, all the time. It's where I bought an H3D2-39, 35mm, 100mm, 150mm, 210mm.
There is a store in the Bay Area, Keeble and shuchat http://www.kspphoto.com/ that have a stock of second hand hasselblad equipment. I was shocked that I could get a body and back for about $6500. Then I started to look at the lenses. Basically they are about $1500 through $5000 each. If the deal included even a standard lens I would have bought one.
I am seriously looking at medium format as you can get a brand new outfit from Mamiya for just under $10k.
Thanks guys, I'm trying to figure out what the going rate is for an H2D or H3D with the 22MP Hasselblad back. Forum prices seem to be all over the place and then you never know what the actual sale price was, only the ask.
