I have a photo in the photo app and they all open as small thumbnails,, when I try to bring this one specific photo to full screen it forces a restart - reboot of the ipad,,
Weird ... never had that happen .. not even a crash of the Photos app, let alone iOS crash. You might have better luck on the Apple support forums - I'm sure someone there might be interested in finding a potential security risk.
