My only niggle is that the combs are a little oversharpened for me.
A little more selectiveness could ease the harshness. Also getting rid of the spots on #1's comb might be less distracting.
+1 on Peano's observation that they're a touch cold, at least on my screen.

Thanks, Tim.
Taken at a resort farm my family has been going to for 19 years!! After some great large animal images, thought it was time to face my inner chicken.
thanks, Peano.
I dont know why I didnt alter to color temperature. Much better warmed up. The other two, taken shortly before but is slightly different light, work color temp out of the camera.

Thanks. I have been setting the sharpness to high when I export from LR to web. I will try the normal setting before playing with the initial processing itself.
Glad to have you back, Paul.

I definitely agree with David (Peano2). I warmed it up by converting color temperature from 9000K to 6400K (2 passes) and some details enhancement and contrast enhancements.

I have a fondness for chooks. I like the OOF chooks in the background. They add significantly to the compo of the first two. You might consider warming the color of the second and bumping the mid-tone contrast:
i chuckled when i read chook! im living in Sydney right now and never heard the term before coming here and had no idea what my girlfriends parents were talking about when they mentioned raising chooks! I didnt know the term was used in NZ as well.
