p.1 #1 · Need a Bulb for Bell & Howell Model 256 Projector
I need help from my fellow FMers. I am hoping someone here has a bulb for Bell & Howell Model 256 Projector that they are willing to sell for $15 to $20 shipped.
The deal is I am strapped for cash making it possible for me to travel back east for what may very well be my fathers last family reunion. I had purchased the projector on ebay from a seller with good rep but once I got the package I saw I was in for a let down. Completely inadequate packing. I have no doubt that I spent more on packing material when I shipped my recently sold Mark II N than this person spent on shipping all together. Anyway the projector survived although pieces popped off everywhere but the bulb did not. Now Im pressed to find a bulb so I can show home movies to my dad at the reunion.
I know this sounds desperate but my funds at the moment are desperate.. enough that I chose to drive back 1800 miles vs flying even though it would have just cost $100 more to fly.
