Purchase Payment Fee cap for Sellers who receive eCheck payments. If you are a Seller, your Purchase Payment Fees are set out in Section 8 (Fees). Currently, your Purchase Payment Fee for eCheck-funded payments is capped at a maximum of $5.00. After the effective date listed above, this $5.00 cap will no longer be applied. Your Fee for receiving eCheck-funded payments will continue to be calculated according to the rates set out in Section 8.
It's 2.9% + 30 cents for most of us (Domestic US).

I hope you're not saying PP raised the e-check fee to 3%.

Seriously!
I will try everything not to accept PP no more. I'll price mine lower, will only accept personal check(only from well established FMer) or USPS MO. This is just grtting too expensive around here. I hope PP is digging its own grave for doing this.
you betcha, Will! Best transactions i've had here on FM have been in just that form with those guys; hell, we've even cross-shipped with 3 day inspection
