Second Shootr.
This app was posted and talked about about 6 months ago under a different name (something like "I DO", as it was a "Coming soon" and then one day disappeared. Well I wrote the programmers and they said they were forced to start over due to someone trying to mess everything up for them, and they had their graphics/code stolen.
ANYWAYS...
There was interest in that thread for it, and now it's emerged again, finally seeing a release for iPhones everywhere! It's now called "Second Shootr" and sounds promising to be a nice pocket manual on your clients. http://www.secondshootr.com is where there's a great video I just watched that explained everything to me. It basically is an app written BY and FOR professional wedding photographers so you can remember who/what/where you're going each day. Great integration of maps too!
And before anyone asks, no, I have ZERO affiliation with them, I just thought I'd share with the community I spend so much time (lurking) in. I'm buying it tonight, and I'll let you know how well it works once I take it for a spin a while....since I have such a bad memory sometimes, it'll be a lifesaver!

ehh, it would take forever putting all that info in the phone
Yes, they would need to have it sync to the iTune so people don't have to use those mini touch screen keypads. It would be nice, someone would develop a program for the Mac or PC so wedding photographers can organize the data and sync to iPhone.
Also (and much more simply) Outlook's calendar can hold your associated notes, tasks, etc, and link them all to the calendar event automatically, then sync them seamlessly with your phone as well. This is magic for me because I already have all that info in my calendar anyways (names, dates, times, notes etc), then on the wedding day it all magically appears on my phone, no need to enter all of it in twice into a separate app. You know my motto, work smarter not harder!

Similar for Mac, Daylite does all this and more. Granted its not a $6.99 app, but, I'd rather work on my computer and then sync my info to iPhone.
