p.1 #1 · HOLIDAY FIRE

This has to be my one photo from 2009-- this fire was captured just as it blew through a neighbors roof. Home was totaled, no one hurt. This photo picked up by local news channel, and local paper. My Granddaughter says there is a dragon on the roof breathing fire. Oh for the mind of a 5 yea old.

That's a sad event, especially for this time of the year (but at any time for that matter).

p.1 #4 · HOLIDAY FIRE

Yes, as posted, everyone is ok. We see much of this around this time of year. Very little scares me, but fire is one of the things that does.
As we go about our holiday routine, PLEASE, everyone remember to be ever so vigilant when it comes to candles, and other holiday decorations. The above photo, my first since having my shoulder operated on 3 weeks ago, took place at about 9:15 PM this evening. As to whether the lone person known to live here was present, we do not know at this time. Fire would of seemed to have started in the front of the house, burning up through the roof in just minutes.
PLEASE, EVERYONE, be careful, and use the best of judgement. I was less than 200 ft when this was taken as it is a home just behind ours.
Best,
J. R.
