Hi , depends on quite what you mean-
You can reverse a lens directly onto the camera body using a body reversing ring that has the correct size thread for the the lens, or you can reverse a small lens onto a larger lens using a male/male reverse coupling ring that fits the filter sizes of both lenses.

You need something like this http://www.amazon.com/Fotodiox-Macro-Reverse-Mount-Adapter/dp/B001G4NBSC/ref=pd_cp_p_1
or the more expensive Nikon BR2A version

Umm...One more dumb question. If you use a 50mm lens, how do you control aperture if the lens is mounted backwards?

Have to admit i'm not totally sure on a nikon system assuming the lens is an auto lens with no aperture ring. On a canon system you can mount the lens normally, set an aperture- press the DOF preview button and take the lens off with the preview button still depressed. This locks the aperture until it is mounted normally again. Suspect it is actually easier to use an old manual lens for this.
