I came across some brand new full warranty Canon Australia stock being sold for $2500 (1950 USD) AUD for the 1D Mark IIn and $2900 AUD (2250 USD) for the 1Ds Mark II. The only catch is that they have damaged boxes, but are otherwise Brand New In Box direct from Canon Australia

I am SO tempted to make the plunge, as I do need another FF body. However for you guys who are used to the DIGIC III/IV generation, is a DIGIC II 1 series too much of a pain to use?
