looks like you were shooting at 1/250 or less - - - I don't know how to get EXIF info off your photos, but I would recommend shooting wide open at whatever ISO you need to get at least 1/500 shutter speed. With a 5D, don't be afraid of ISO 3200.
Now, maybe the light was so dim that you were shooting that high - - - if so, then please ignore my remarks.
