I'm getting to a point now where I'd like to try and make an actual portfolio so I can work as a second shooter / assistant with professional photographers.
I've made a set on flickr, of my photos that I think are most interesting. I want to try and cut it down to about 10 of my best, and then do any extra retouching / cropping that I need to so that I can make them the best I can.
Whether you have thoughts that certain shots should definitely not be included, or that one of them absolutely has to be there, I'd like to hear your opinion!
Wow, I like to help but there are 100 pictures or more. Much easier to suggest ones that I like. I think you need to choose a subject adn stick to it - either wedding or fashion show not both.
Please screen to 25 or so and then ask the same question.
Not gory ones
No to chubby married people - unfair but true - everyone thinks of themselves as skinny. And I am not skinny.
No to oof cake
Fix orange white balances if kept
Yes to Girl head on pillow
Yes to guest list
Yes to old people dancing - everyone expect old people to be wrinkled and worn
Yes to guy with flower by pillar
groom with girls is good
pillow and ring okay
yes to signing of vows by groom
yes to tent people names and his ring in box
not to his/hers on bench ring
I think it was good of Scott to comment. But it is still to much work asking people to go to a link to view your images and then come back here and comment. I know it is just a couple clicks but....
That is why, probably, no one else has commented to date.
Throw an image or two up here and then ask for critique. Just my suggestion.
Agree with matonanjin.
I'm too impatient to follow links with so much already to see.
And not willing to view many images to comment.
Go for 2,3, maybe 4 idealliy related or representative issues at a time.
